One of the fringe benefits for a building designer is getting out in the fresh air and sunshine and enjoying the sights and sounds of the construction site. With regular site visits throughout the construction period, the team at Phil Darwen Design routinely document the building of all their houses and compile the images into an album to present to the client upon completion.
This is a shot from today's site visit at a project in the West Brisbane suburb of Sinnamon Park. With the scaffolding taken away, the true form of the house is revealed!
It's starting to look more and more like the renders produced during the concept design stage too!
