One of the fun aspects of designing a new residence for someone occurs during the design stage.  Once the building form takes shape in the computer, materials and finishes can be added to the 3D model to create realistic renderings of how the completed design will look in real life.

We add elements such as landscaping and furniture to help clients visualize how they could furnish and live in the completed home and to help them ensure that the design we present matches the lifestyle that they enjoy.

Visualization of architectural designs is an important tool and is one that is getting better with each software release.  We can sit down with clients and change colours, textures, materials and finishes almost instantly with an ever expanding palette of choices.
